My eSIM profile is installed and active on my iPhone/iPad, the network is displayed but I don’t have access to the Internet, what should I do?

To get a network, you must perform a manual network search. To do that, in your iPhone/iPad go to:

  • Settings
  • Mobile Data
  • in DATA PLANS, select your eSIM profile “Secondary”
  • Choose Network selection
  • in order to execute a manual search, turn off the automated mode
  • Select the network from the drop-down menu when the list of available networks appears
